Although I was now becoming a dominant signal in contests and I had also again broken into the top ten box, a new job was beginning to take its toll on my radio activities. I enteres fewer contests this year and many of them were very limited performances. Still, I made terrific scores in the ARRL DX and CQWW phone contests and also the PA QSO Party. I started to dabble in SO2R contest operation in the California QSO Party. The equipment was now in place, but it takes a lot of training to get this right. I still have a long way to go!
